Lenses

Optical, not decorative

Start with single vision if you are correcting myopia. Move up an index as the numbers grow. Progressives and light-adaptive tints sit on top of the same shop flow.

What we need from the Rx

Sphere (SPH) for myopia is usually a minus number. Cylinder and axis if there is astigmatism. Add for progressives. PD so the optical center matches your eyes. A clear photo of the paper is enough if you’d rather not type.
